Heidi Nunn-Gilman is a seasoned employment law attorney and partner at PSGM Law, where she focuses her practice on employment litigation and comprehensive human resource counseling for employers.
Heidi regularly assists businesses with a broad range of labor and employment matters, including I-9 and immigration compliance programs, E-Verify, ICE and worksite enforcement, wage and hour issues, federal contractor compliance, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, NLRB matters, wrongful discharge claims, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, and executive employment arrangements. Her writings span subjects such as wage and hour developments, privacy laws, and post-pandemic risk management.
Heidi earned her J.D., graduating summa cum laude and first in her class from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Lewis & Clark Law Review. She also holds a master’s degree from the University of Montana and a bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University, both summa cum laude. Heidi is admitted to practice in Arizona and Oregon and before several federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
